William George, DVM from Country Veterinary Service in Burlington, WI.

William George, DVM

Veterinarian/Owner

Dr. George is passionate about his care of animals. He works hard with the pets and their owners to provide the care that is best for all involved. A 1985 graduate of The University of Illinois, he enjoys both medical and surgical challenges with a special interest in orthopedics. When he is not working at the office or around the home he likes to stay up to date on the latest developments in veterinary medicine as well as current affairs. For relaxation, he enjoys drives in the country and will occasionally try his hand at a round of golf or trap. When he does get a chance to travel, he craves to go someplace warm and scuba dive.

Wendy

Certified Veterinary Technician

I have been a technician in the veterinary field for over 30 years. I grew up in SE Wisconsin and have lived here all my life. My home is shared with 3 dogs, 4 cats, and a variety of sheep, steers, chickens, Belgian draft horses, riding horses, and 1 mini donkey named Fanny. I enjoy working on my farm and taking Sunday afternoon drives with my horses.

Tabytha

Veterinary Assistant

I’m back! I started at Country Veterinary Service in 2015. Four years later I welcomed my daughter into this world and decided to take some time to stay home, and then greeted my son in 2021. You will see me a couple of days a week helping with surgery patients and assisting Dr. George and Wendy. Like most people in this field, I knew I wanted to work with animals as long as I can remember! I have a menagerie at home with two pups, Hazel and Spud, a cat named Bruno, some chickens, a mule and two sheep. On my days off, my kids, the furry friends and I are busy out and about on our mini farm, playing at nearby parks, gardening, or reading.

Tabitha, Practice Manager from Country Veterinary Service in Burlington, WI.

Tabitha

Practice Manager

I started with Country Veterinary Service as a Front Office Coordinator in May 2015. In January 2016, I took on the position of Practice Manager. Starting at a young age, I would help my family in Southern Illinois on their farm, and that is where my passion for animals grew. Many times you can find me on the floor at the clinic getting to know pets and their parents. I enjoy the personal interaction involved in building and maintaining client relationships and learning something new every day! In my free time, you will find me hanging out with my two daughters, Arielle & Aonika, and our mini wire-haired Dachshund, Meeko.

Nicole

Front Office Coordinator

My family and I have always been huge animal lovers. You could say we practically lived in a zoo with all of the different kinds of pets we have had. From cats, dogs, rats, guinea pigs, lizards, fish, bunnies, pigs and parrots, we never had a dull moment at our home! I also spent my Summers horseback riding or visiting my aunt and uncle in Florida and going backstage to help the animal trainers train the dolphins and sea lions. From a very young age, I always knew my passion was to work with animals, so working for Country Veterinary Service is like a dream come true! My favorite part of working here is meeting all the fur babies and their unique names along with getting to know all of our clients. When I am not at the clinic, you will often find me out on the boat with friends and family or riding the motorcycle, but I mostly enjoy spending time at home with my boxer Lily, and two cats Meadow and Cheetoh
